Terms of Use

The Digital Product Launch Toolkit is an educational digital product. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, or investment advice and does not guarantee sales, income, market demand, advertising performance, or business results.

A purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use. Buyers may create and sell their own original products using the methods and blank planning structures, but may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, upload, share, or give away the toolkit files or substantially identical copies.

The guided Copilot is accessed through ChatGPT using the customer’s own account. ChatGPT account access, usage limits, privacy practices, service availability, and platform changes are controlled by OpenAI and the customer’s selected plan. The Lowcountry Company does not provide or control ChatGPT accounts. Do not enter confidential, regulated, or sensitive information that you are not authorized to process through a third-party AI service.

Because the digital files are available immediately after payment, purchases are final once access is provided. Duplicate charges and access problems that remain unresolved after reasonable support attempts may be reported within seven days for review.
